Types of Members
Active Members
Fully involved, expected to contribute regularly, full dues of $25 required.
Sideline Members
Moderately involved, attend as able, may pay reduced dues of $15
Nonactive Members
Little to no involvement, may only support financially, minimal dues if any.
Active Members
Fully engaged individuals who participate regularly in meetings, events, and group initiatives 75%-100%.
Participation Expectations:
Attend majority meetings and events.
Serve on committees or contribute to planning and execution of activities.
Engage in discussions, decision-making, and fundraising efforts.
Dues:
Expected to pay full membership dues of $25
May have additional financial commitments for events or group activities.
Privileges:
Voting rights on group decisions.
Eligible for leadership roles.
Priority access to group benefits and resources.
Sideline (Semi-Active) Members
Members who support the group but may not participate as regularly due to personal obligations.
Participation Expectations:
Attend events and meetings 25%-50%
May assist with planning or contribute financially but are not primary organizers.
Stay informed and engaged through group communications.
Dues:
May pay reduced or partial dues.
Some events may require additional contributions for participation.
Privileges:
No voting rights on group decisions.
Can participate in activities but may not be eligible for leadership roles.
Still considered part of the group but with fewer responsibilities.
Nonactive Members
Individuals who are part of the group in name but rarely participate in meetings, events, or initiatives.
Participation Expectations:
Minimal or no participation in group activities.
May only engage in select events on an occasional basis.
Typically remain on mailing lists but do not contribute actively.
