Tanesha Scott-Carter
Allow me to reintroduce myself! I’m Tanesha, wife, proud mom to two amazing girls, travelpreneur, and dedicated professional working full-time in the healthcare field.
As I navigated through my own personal and professional journey, I realized how important it is to surround myself with women who share the same drive, positivity, and ambition.
That’s when I decided to create this social group—a space to find my GOAL-FRIENDS✨.
This community is for women who are passionate about networking, empowering each other, and lifting one another up. It’s a place where we can connect over meaningful conversations, support each other through challenges, and celebrate every victory.
It’s all about building relationships that are drama-free 🛑, encouraging one another as Boss Babes, and staying motivated and inspired 💯.
Together, we’ll thrive, grow, and create lasting bonds in a space where success is shared and celebrated by all.
Types of Members
Active Members
Fully involved, expected to contribute regularly, full dues of $25 required.
Sideline Members
Moderately involved, attend as able, may pay reduced dues of $15
Nonactive Members
Little to no involvement, may only support financially, minimal dues if any.

Loretha Green-Jones—known as Lo-Lo to friends and family—is a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished La-La.
A dedicated registered nurse for 20 years, she has gained expertise across various specialties, bringing both skill and compassion to her work. Always eager for new experiences, Lo-Lo is excited to have fun, connect with amazing women, and build meaningful friendships in this social group.

Dana Starke is a legal professional, the proud owner of The Career Corner, and a passionate community advocate. She is deeply committed to empowering others through faith, purpose, and service. Grounded in spiritual values, she brings authenticity, style, and heart to everything she does.
Beyond her professional life, she proudly wears many hats wife, bonus mom, auntie, godmother, daughter, sister, and friend. Her love for fashion, family, and community shines through in every space she enters. As a member of S.I.S.T.A.S., she is honored to walk alongside other women in a space built for growth, healing, and genuine sisterhood.

My name is Stephanie Stevens. I am 44 year old. I’m the owner of Events by Nicole LLC ( event planning and day of coordination) and works full time as a Program Director at RRSI supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health.
In my spare time I like to travel, eat , sleep and shop. As I continue on this life journey, I am committed to surrounding myself with positive and supportive sisters who love on one another and push each other to be their best!

Hello, I am Kiajani (kee-jah-knee) but I go by Kia. I am a certified nurse aide of 19 years and counting. I am also a medical administration assistant and I run an in-home child care service.
I have various experiences in Healthcare service as a CNA and a behavioral counselor working with all ages in the community.
I am very proactive in putting our kids and elderly first. Community service is my passion and giving back is my love language.
I tell my kids, "We are born to be great but it's what we do with our greatness that makes a difference".
